10 Profimail Shortcuts that will improve your email experience

Profimail by Lonely Cat Games is a premiere email client which supports a multitude of shortcuts to improve your user experience. Below is a pictorial review which should help you breeze through many functions used on a daily basis. I know for me they help me out tremendously, so I hope they do the same for you.

Shortcut 1

– hit the letter [S] and open the Search Menu where you have access to the following functions

- hit the [W] to show hidden folder which is a great feature, Profimail gives you the ability to hide whatever folder you want

Shortcut 3

- hit the [N] to start a new message and start filling out the email details, I love this one

Shortcut 4

- hit the [U] to update all your email boxes or just one either way its a very convenient option

Shortcut 5

- Access the Tools menu and here you have a few options that are very convenient, hit [A] and this gives you access to Address Book editor where you can create an address book entry, also very convenient.

Shortcut 6

- again in the Tools menu hit [R] and access your email rules, if you have not setup any, do set them up, they work quite well, its like a mini version of Outlook or Entourage on your phone.

Shortcut 7

- again in the Tools menu hit [F] and access the built-in File Explorer to handle any files and attachments, from this menu key you can select an attachment i.e. a word documents and setup an email or send it via Bluetooth as well, pretty handy I must say.

Shortcut 8

- again in the Tools menu hit [C] and access your configuration panel where you can select all your user tools

Shortcut 9

- hit the [Shift + Right] and [Shift + Left] right and left from the center pad, these two are great with this feature you can select all your emails and mark them as read and unread [K]or even group deletion, very handy tool. Also you can select [G] to flag an email and if you have Gmail it automatically stars those emails as well, one more feature that provides value.

Shortcut 10

- hit the Show key and then you’re presented with this screen which is very convenient, Profimail has an option that lets you preview and actually read the entire email in a special preview box.

These are 10 shortcuts but Profimail has a lot more so do try this application and experiment for yourselves, I’m sure you’ll be quite happy with your user experience.
