Well just in case you didn’t know one of my favorite all time applications has received its diploma and graduated into the official big leagues. That’s right Ovi Maps has done it. Nokia has updated Ovi Maps to version 3.0 and let me tell you don’t know what you’re missing, folks this is a must download.

I installed it on both my E71 and N95 8GB and I got a FREE 6 month subscription to voice navigations, yeah baby, Nokia you rock thanks

It’s been a project fueled with innovative thinking and supported by a fantastic array of active feedback from the ever-engaged Beta Labs community. One member of the Maps team, Kee, has written a short piece on the Beta Labs blog highlighting what they’ve learned from the development and the significance of the suggestions offered by the Beta Labs readership

So if you have not updated, my recommendation is to do via Ovi Suite, its pretty seamless, just make sure you charge your mobile before, the little process takes like 5 minutes. So what do you think are you updating or perhaps you’ve already updated to v.3.0 so chime in and gives us some tips on how you use it.
