With the advent of the Nokia N97 and past models like the Nokia E71, E90, E61i, and even the Internet tablet N810 sometimes you need a little extra power to go about your day or perhaps few days as its the case with batteries from Mugen Power.

I recently contacted them to trial some batteries and Mugen Power was more than happy, I think they are one of the best unknown secrets for most users as their batteries are backed with superb technologies and are OEM which means you won’t have to have an extended battery cover but the beauty is that if you were to require that super maximum power for those user who don’t mind carrying a little more weight they also have batteries to fit your style. I’ll be trialing this battery heavily on my Nokia E71 and trial Nokia N97 so stay tuned for a follow update. Now if they also made one for the Nokia’s photographic powerhouse the Nokia N86 then that would simply amazing.

How much the new battery cost?
  • only $30 which I think is a great price for the extended usage
  • I bought one of these for my E71 and am not impressed - I'd estimate I get no more than 60% of the power as I do from my original Nokia battery. I'll likely be contacting Mugen for a replacement.
  • oh wow really, I must say my experience thus far has been great, thanks for the heads up though
  • Hello Bill,
