NMT get a little a makeover

So I woke up today and thought, that NMT needed a little makeover. So I added another sidebar and the changed the look tremendously, its now a lot easier to navigate the site. I hope you like it.

After speaking to Axel Meyer earlier today I’ve been super swamped and encased in books all day, I still have to send out a couple of Interview Questions and still post some others, hope everyone is having a better day :)
